Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely food service.
Monitor food quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency during peak hours.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
