Job Purpose

To develop young Diploma Engineers into competent manufacturing specialists through practical training in bearing manufacturing processes, machine operations, quality inspection, production planning, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand bearing manufacturing processes, including turning, grinding, honing, superfinishing, assembly, and packing.
Support daily production activities to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.
Understand engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, and basic measuring instruments.
Assist in quality inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision instruments.
Monitor machine performance, cycle time, rejection, and productivity.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards.
Maintain 5S, workplace cleanliness, and secure working practices.




Support preventive maintenance activities and basic machine troubleshooting.
Maintain production records, inspection reports, and shift-wise data.
Participate in Kaizen, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to achieve operational targets.
Technical Skills Required
Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
Understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection methods.
Basic knowledge of CNC machines and conventional machining will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and production data entry.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
