Job Title: Part time Accountant

Location: BTM Layout, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Part-Time
Work Schedule: 2–3 days per week
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Preferred Age: 55 years and above
Language Requirement: Kannada and English

We are looking for a senior, experienced and dependable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, documentation and office compliance activities on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should have robust practical experience and be capable of independently handling accounting and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Handle monthly salary processing, salary calculations, deductions and payroll records.
SOWs & Documentation: Prepare and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), agreements and other business documents.
POS & Financial Records: Manage POS-related records and transactions, as applicable.
Accounting & Reconciliation: Maintain books of accounts, manage invoices, track expenses and perform bank reconciliations.
Statutory Compliance: Handle applicable GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance requirements.
Office Compliance: Maintain financial records,



employee documentation and other office-related compliance documents.
General Accounts Support: Manage vendor payments, billing and other routine accounting activities.

Candidate Requirements
Substantial hands-on experience in accounting, payroll and compliance management.
Robust practical knowledge of accounting procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Ability to communicate effectively in Kannada and English.
Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
Preference for a senior professional aged 55 years and above with extensive practical experience.
