Job Description
We are hiring candidates for a US Healthcare Patient Support process. Candidates must have prior experience in the healthcare industry and a healthcare-related educational qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Handle patient queries and provide support to patients in the US.
Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with patients and healthcare providers.
Maintain and update patient records accurately.
Support patient registration and related healthcare processes.
Address patient concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication.
Required Skills & Eligibility
Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
Healthcare-related educational qualification is required.
Prior experience in patient support, patient coordination, patient care, or healthcare customer service is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of US healthcare processes will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle patient information with care and confidentiality.
Salary
Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
