To inspect water separator/Water Pump assembly operations and ensure that products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect components and assemblies as per quality standards.
Check critical dimensions, fitment, and assembly parameters.
Perform visual inspection for defects, damage, leakage, and improper assembly.
Verify the presence and correct fitment of all components.
Conduct functional and leak testing as per the inspection plan.
Record inspection results and maintain quality records.
Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
Ensure compliance with work instructions and control plans.
Coordinate with Production for defect correction and rejection control.
Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience -0–2 years in quality inspection, preferably in automotive component assembly.
Required Skills
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
Understanding of visual inspection and defect identification.
Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection records.
Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
