We are looking for a reliable and smart room attendant to join our hospitality team in order to provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests.

Room attendant responsibilities include cleaning rooms, making beds and replenishing linens.

Ultimately, you will ensure our rooms are clean and inviting at all times so our guests will have a memorable stay.

Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replacing amenities
Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Observe and report damage of hotel property
Restock all guest room supplies,



like soap and shampoo
Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required.

Qualifications
Previous housekeeping experience or similar role preferred
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
Ability to work without direct supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Guest-oriented and friendly
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
