Job Responsibilities
Inspect CNC machined components as per engineering drawings.
Perform First Piece, In-Process and Final Inspection.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge and CMM.
Read engineering drawings and understand GD&T; symbols.
Monitor machining quality on CNC Turning, VMC and HMC machines.
Prepare dimensional inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Identify rejection, rework and process deviations.
Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Maintain inspection check sheets and follow quality procedures.
Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and used correctly.

Required Skills
Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
Knowledge of CNC machining processes.
Experience with precision measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
