Key Responsibilities
Assist senior citizens with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Help with mobility support, including walking, transferring, and exercising.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary requirements.
Administer medications as prescribed and maintain medication records.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, or physical condition.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents' living areas.
Accompany residents to medical appointments and recreational activities, if required.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate with family members and supervisors.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 10th/12th pass.
Certificate in Caregiving, Geriatric Care, Nursing Assistance, or a related field preferred.
Experience in elderly care, patient care, or home healthcare is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of first aid and personal care techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically in Hindi & English.
