Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Junior Engineer (Civil) with hands-on experience in construction site supervision. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities at residential and commercial projects, ensuring work quality, progress, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at residential and commercial sites.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Monitor labour allocation, attendance, and daily work progress.
Coordinate with senior engineers and report site updates regularly.
Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and site procedures.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Maintain daily site reports and other relevant documentation.

Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




Minimum 1–2 years of practical construction site experience is mandatory.
Experience in supervising residential and commercial construction projects.
Good knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and civil engineering drawings.
Ability to manage site workers and coordinate with contractors.
Willingness to work at construction sites and travel between project locations as required.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates comfortable with full-time, on-site responsibilities and project-related travel are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with a solid interest in fieldwork and construction site management.
Must be comfortable with active site supervision, outdoor work, and handling day-to-day construction activities.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
