Key Responsibilities :
Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve business targets.
Build and expand distributor and retail networks.
Increase outlet coverage and strengthen market presence.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective execution.
Develop and maintain strong distributor & retailer relationships.
Plan and execute market expansion, promotions, and new product launches.
Track sales, stock, competitor activity, and market trends.
Build and lead the sales team as the business scales.
Identify current opportunities and contribute to overall business growth.
