Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and sincere CRM Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, a high degree of integrity, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction
Build and maintain solid, long-lasting customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Follow up with leads and support the sales/marketing team as needed
