Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing brand social media accounts, content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies.
Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor engagement, followers, reach, and account growth.
Analyze performance and prepare regular reports.
Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers.
Track trends, competitors, and viral content.
Maintain brand identity and consistency across platforms.
Optimize content to increase brand awareness,



traffic, and sales.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.

Requirements
3–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels strategy, and engagement tactics
Experience with Meta Ads and campaign optimization
Excellent copywriting and content planning skills
Knowledge of analytics tools and performance reporting
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills
Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar
Basic understanding of influencer marketing
Experience working with D2C or lifestyle brands is a plus
