Job Description – Staff Nurse

Department: All Clinical Departments
Reporting To: Nursing In-Charge
Location: Indiana Hospital

Role Summary

The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering secure, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients across assigned departments, in accordance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of patient condition.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and quality protocols.
Monitor and maintain medical equipment and ward readiness.
Educate patients and attendants regarding care, treatment, and discharge instructions.




Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations.
Maintain patient dignity, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.

Eligibility & Skills
GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification with valid nursing council registration.
Valuable clinical knowledge and basic computer skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
Team-oriented with a patient-centric approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
