Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Associate to lead the sales function, manage the sales team, understand consumer requirements, and drive sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business and sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Handle and guide the sales team to improve productivity and customer conversion.
Understand consumer requirements, preferences, and buying behaviour.
Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Identify prospects to increase sales and market reach.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer servicing and delivery.




Maintain proper sales-related documentation and reports.
Track sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Support marketing activities and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Any UG Degree
Experience: 2–4 years
Age: 28–35 years preferred

Driving Licence: Required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
