Qualification : DME / BE

Skills Required :
Knowledge of CNC machining processes
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of GD&T; and tolerances
Good knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge
Knowledge of in-process and final inspection
Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures
Ability to identify and analyze quality defects
Basic knowledge of 5S and Kaizen
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation
Willingness to work in shifts
Basic knowledge of 8D, SPC, 8D & R&R; mechanism.
Basic knowledge of industrial Safety parameter and 5’S.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Inspect CNC machined components as per drawing and quality standards.
Check dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments.
Perform first-piece, in-process and final inspection.
Verify component dimensions, tolerances, surface finish and other specifications.




Identify and segregate OK / Not OK components.
Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Monitor process quality and identify recurring defects.
Inform the Production/Quality team about deviations and take corrective action.
Ensure inspection instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
Follow 5S, safety and quality procedures.
Support rejection analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure products meet customer and internal quality requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
