Key Responsibilities - Communicate with clients regarding their photography bookings, requirements, and project updates. - Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors to track project progress. - Manage the delivery of edited photos, wedding videos, teasers, reels, and albums. - Follow up with the editing team to ensure all deliverables are completed within the promised timelines. - Share delivery updates with clients and handle client queries professionally. - Maintain project status reports, delivery schedules, and client records. - Coordinate album design approvals, revisions, and final delivery. - Handle client feedback and coordinate revisions with the creative team. - Ensure a smooth client experience from project completion to final delivery.



Requirements - Positive communication and client-handling skills. - Solid coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities. - Basic knowledge of photography and videography deliverables. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, and basic office tools. - Previous experience in photography studios, wedding photography, or media production is preferred.
