Thoufeeque Restaurant is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations, supervise service staff, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise waiters and service staff during daily operations.
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve service issues.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
Ensure proper table setup and dining area readiness.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and professional behaviour.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in smooth daily operations.





Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Waiter is preferred.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant service standards and hygiene practices.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Skilled appearance and a positive attitude.
