Commercial Finance Business Partner – Sustainability & Digital Solutions Business: Siemens Smart Infrastructure – Buildings Function: Business Commercial / Business Partnering Role Overview Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure – Buildings and contribute to the growth of our Sustainability, Solutions and Digitalization Business. We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who can combine finance expertise, commercial acumen and business strategy to support profitable growth. The role offers end-to-end exposure to commercial excellence, contract negotiations, financial analysis, business planning and strategic decision-making. As a trusted business partner to the Sales Leadership team, you will support commercial decision-making, safeguard Siemens' commercial interests and contribute to innovative sustainability solutions that create long-term value for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Deal Support
• Partner with Sales during the offer and bid stage to evaluate commercial terms and conditions.
• Lead commercial discussions and ensure alignment with Siemens governance, legal requirements and Limits of Authority (LoA).
• Review and negotiate customer contracts while protecting Siemens' commercial interests.
• Support deal structuring and commercial model development. Contract & Order Management
• Drive seamless order booking.
• Coordinate commercial documentation including Bank Guarantees, EMDs, Letters of Credit and related requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations,



Legal and GBS teams to ensure compliance and operational readiness. Business Performance Management
• Monitor Order Intake, Order Book development, margins and other key business metrics.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to support informed business decisions. Strategic Planning & Business Partnering
• Partner with the Sales Head – SUS and SW on budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning.
• Support management reviews, performance discussions and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in monthly business reviews with the wider Sales team and Sales Management.
• Support discussions with HQ and senior management on business and commercial topics on an ad-hoc basis. Financial Analysis & Value Creation
• Review and validate ROI, payback and investment analyses for sustainability projects.
• Develop business cases and financial models for customer solutions and internal initiatives. Qualification
• Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline. Experience
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in:
