We are looking for a responsible and organized Omni Bus Supervisor to manage daily bus operations, coordinate with drivers, and ensure smooth transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily bus operations and vehicle schedules.
Coordinate with drivers regarding trips, timings, and routes.
Monitor vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
Ensure timely departures and arrivals.
Maintain trip records, attendance, and operational reports.
Handle passenger concerns and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate vehicle allocation and report issues to management.
Requirements
Previous experience in bus operations or transport supervision preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage drivers and daily operations.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and record maintenance preferred.
Responsible, punctual, and capable of handling operational challenges.
