Key Roles and Responsibilities
Attend customer complaints, diagnose faults and carry out repairs of HVAC equipment, including split ACs, cassette ACs, VRF systems and chillers, as applicable.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspection and servicing of HVAC systems as per the maintenance schedule.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and refrigerant-related problems and ensure effective resolution.
Handle service calls promptly and aim for first-visit resolution wherever possible.
Coordinate with customers, technicians, project engineers and the service manager for timely completion of jobs.
Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, breakdown reports and customer feedback records.
Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate with the stores department for timely availability of materials.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards and company service protocols.
Support HVAC installations, commissioning and handover activities whenever required.
Follow up with customers regarding pending complaints, AMC renewals and maintenance requirements.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
