Job DescriptionRole Overview

Full Power Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, creative, and result-driven LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence.

The role focuses on LinkedIn growth, content strategy, lead generation, follow-ups, lead conversion, and maintaining a secure, qualified, and spam-free account.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies.
Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
Write, schedule, publish, and optimise LinkedIn posts.
Research industry trends and create engaging content.
Grow the company's LinkedIn network through relevant connection requests.
Generate, monitor, follow up on, and convert quality leads.
Build qualified relationships with founders, brands, and decision-makers.
Track leads and prepare monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes.
Take ownership of the company's LinkedIn account and daily activities.
Ensure the account remains secure and complies with LinkedIn guidelines.
Avoid activities that may cause the account to be flagged, marked as spam, restricted, or suspended.




Ensure posts and engagement remain organic and do not trigger spam filters.
Monitor suspicious activity and protect the account from unauthorised access.
Maintain a professional, authentic, and spam-free LinkedIn presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn Marketing, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Robust networking and follow-up skills.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
