· Achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets.
· Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
· Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team.
· Monitor team performance and ensure staff productivity.
· Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Handle customer complaints, feedback, and escalations.
· Maintain store cleanliness, grooming, and operational standards.
· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly store reports.
· Analyze store performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
