Techno Dot Academy of R&D;&I; is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and accounting software, with a passion for mentoring students and preparing them for careers in the finance industry.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions in accounting and finance.
Train students in Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Advanced Excel, and ERP accounting systems.
Explain bookkeeping, GST, Income Tax, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
Develop and update course materials, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and support their career development.
Incorporate real-world accounting scenarios and industry practices into training sessions.
Stay updated with changes in taxation,



accounting standards, compliance requirements, and financial technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum 2 year of experience in accounting, finance, or training.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and other accounting software.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and ERP accounting systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts and deliver practical, industry-focused training.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
