Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Implement and maintain the project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Conduct inspections of civil works, including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, project standards, and contractual requirements.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Material Inspection and Testing
Inspect construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, sand, concrete, bricks, and other building materials.
Verify material test certificates and supplier documentation.
Coordinate laboratory testing, including concrete cube tests, slump tests, soil compaction tests, and aggregate tests.
Ensure materials are approved before use at the construction site.
Site Inspection and Testing
Conduct routine site inspections and verify work against approved drawings.




Raise and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) and Requests for Inspection (RFIs), as applicable.
Monitor reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, shuttering, levels, alignment, and dimensions.
Witness inspections and tests with client representatives and consultants.
Maintain inspection records and ensure that non-conforming work is rectified.
Documentation and Reporting
Prepare and maintain:
Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Method statements and checklists.
Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
Inspection Requests (IRs).
Concrete pour cards and test reports.
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.
Daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Material approvals and quality records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
