MEP Manager

Location: Gorakhpur / Project Site
Experience: 8–15 Years
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at the project site.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural and project teams.
Review and monitor MEP drawings, BOQ, specifications and technical requirements.
Ensure proper execution of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting and other MEP services.
Monitor subcontractors, vendors and site teams for timely and quality execution.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards and applicable codes.
Track project progress, material requirements and MEP schedules.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections, approvals and technical issues.




Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related problems.
Prepare progress reports and maintain necessary MEP documentation.

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
8–15 years of relevant experience in MEP execution and project management.
Robust knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and building services.
Valuable coordination, team management and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Railway and Building Construction Projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
