Industry: Luggage & Bags Manufacturing Job Type: Online / Offline Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Description Jyoti Luggage is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executives to handle customer enquiries, generate sales, and build strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media and in-person. - Explain products, prices, features and offers to customers. - Generate current leads and convert enquiries into sales. - Follow up with potential and existing customers. - Maintain valuable relationships with customers and understand their requirements. - Coordinate with the production/dispatch team for customer orders. - Assist in online sales and customer support. - Maintain basic records of enquiries, orders and sales. - Achieve monthly sales targets. Eligibility - Minimum 10th/12th Pass.



- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. - Good communication and customer-handling skills. - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, phone calls and internet. - Hindi communication required; basic English is an advantage. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
