Pinnacle Blooms Network®, operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (BHCL), is a healthcare organization operating a network of centers and the Pinnacle AI GPT-OS® platform. The organization focuses on child-development and therapy services.
Responsibilities :
Assess children’s speech, language, and communication difficulties and identify their therapy needs.
Must have a relevant Speech Therapy qualification, such as BASLP or MASLP, from a recognized institution.
Must hold the relevant skilled registration or certification, where applicable.
Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental delays, is preferred.
Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for children with speech delays, language disorders, and autism.
Conduct therapy sessions to improve children’s communication, language development, and speech clarity.
Monitor children’s progress and maintain therapy records and assessment reports.
Guide parents on home-based activities to support children’s speech and communication development.
Coordinate with occupational therapists, special educators, and other healthcare specialists.
Conduct regular follow-ups with parents and update therapy plans based on the child’s progress.
