Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage daily HR activities, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate payroll processing and maintain salary-related records.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
Support PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Monitor attendance and leave records and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate performance reviews and employee engagement activities.




Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
Coordinate with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations.
Support HR policies, internal processes, and general administrative activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
Knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
Valuable communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
