Roles and Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
Receive, verify, and store goods properly.
Follow FIFO/FEFO methods and monitor product expiry dates.
Maintain product quality and minimize damages and wastage.
Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display.
Assist customers and resolve their queries and complaints.
Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments.
Prepare daily sales, stock, and shift handover reports.
Follow company SOPs and ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

Experience Required
1–3 years of experience in retail operations, supermarkets,



grocery stores, or FMCG retail.
Experience in billing, inventory management, stock handling, and customer service is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in supermarkets, grocery stores, FMCG retail, or organised retail outlets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
