Sakthi River Resorts is a hospitality destination in Pollachi offering guests a relaxing resort experience surrounded by nature. We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage human resource operations, support our hospitality team, and help maintain high standards of employee performance and guest service.

Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing routine HR activities and supporting management in building an productive and productive workforce.

Required Qualifications and Skills




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Positive knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Familiarity with applicable Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and HR management tools.
Robust communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Fluency in Tamil and working proficiency in English.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
