Job Description – Civil Engineer (AutoCAD & Concept Designer)

Job Responsibilities
Prepare detailed industrial building plans and layouts using AutoCAD.
Create concept designs for industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and industrial sheds.
Convert client requirements into practical and cutting-edge design concepts.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
Plan industrial layouts as per plot dimensions and project requirements.
Revise and modify drawings based on feedback and project needs.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams.
Ensure designs follow applicable building regulations and development norms.

Required Skills




Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD and concept designing is mandatory.
Solid skills in industrial building planning and layout design.
Ability to develop concepts independently and convert them into detailed drawings.
Knowledge of industrial real estate projects, warehouses, factories, and industrial sheds.
Knowledge of building regulations and development norms is preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A technically solid designer who can independently handle both concept development and detailed AutoCAD drawings for industrial real estate projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
