Job Description – International Telecaller

Location: KITSS, Zirakpur
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹25,000–32,000 per month

Role Overview

The International Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls for international clients, ensuring professional communication, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
International calling — Make outbound calls to international prospects and handle inbound queries
Lead conversion — Convert leads through effective communication and follow‑ups
Client communication — Maintain explicit, professional, and confident communication
CRM updates — Record and update call details accurately
Follow‑up management — Ensure timely follow‑ups with potential clients
Target achievement — Work towards weekly and monthly performance targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills
Excellent English speaking skills (mandatory)
Strong communication and listening abilities




Ability to handle international clients confidently
Basic computer proficiency
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Qualifications
Graduation Required
2–3 years of experience in international calling or customer service
Prior experience in US/UK/Australia calling process preferred
