Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and productive service.
Ensure the restaurant is properly opened, set up, and ready for service before operating hours.
Monitor dining area readiness, table arrangements, cleanliness, lighting, music, and overall ambience.
Ensure restaurant operating procedures and service standards are consistently followed.
Coordinate dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and buffet operations, wherever applicable.
Monitor table turnover, waiting times, reservations, and seating arrangements.
Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily specials, promotions, menu changes, and operational priorities.
Welcome guests and assist with seating and special requests when required.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective action to resolve recurring issues.
Ensure accurate communication of menu items, ingredients,



allergens, and dietary requirements.
Build positive relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat business.
Prepare staff duty rosters, shift schedules, and section assignments.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Ensure adequate staffing levels during peak and off-peak periods.
Train employees in service etiquette, menu knowledge, upselling, hygiene, and complaint handling.
Conduct staff briefings and performance reviews.
Address staff conflicts and maintain a skilled working workplace.
Ensure all team members follow established policies and standard operating procedures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
