We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Executive with solid operational skills and excellent spoken and written English communication. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, communicating with internal teams and clients, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth and timely execution of operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams in English.
Handle emails, calls, reports, documentation, and operational correspondence.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor daily tasks, follow-ups, and operational timelines.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Preferred Candidate
Confident and skilled communicator.
Good command of English grammar and business communication.
Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
Able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
