We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and professional Receptionist to join our dental clinic in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors and provide a professional reception experience.
Handle patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up calls.
Manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Coordinate with dentists and other clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide information about clinic services and appointment availability.
Manage reception-related administrative tasks and documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized,



and qualified reception area.

Qualifications and Skills
Graduation or Bachelor's Degree.
Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English are mandatory.
Knowledge of Hindi and Arabic will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and administrative skills.
Ability to communicate politely with patients and handle enquiries professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with previous receptionist, front-office, customer service, or healthcare administration experience are preferred.
