JOB DESCRIPTION - Service Engineer
Location -Chinchawad Pune

Key Responsibilities
Carry out machine installation, commissioning, and trial runs at customer sites.
Provide PLC, Mechanical, and Electrical troubleshooting support.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve customer issues within committed timelines.
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health checks.
Support machine dispatch and installation planning.
Ensure all customer MOM (Minutes of Meeting) points are addressed during installation and service visits.
Prepare and submit service reports after each site visit.
Assist in machine testing and validation before dispatch.
Coordinate with the design, production, assembly and service teams for issue resolution.
Support customers through phone, email, and in office visits.
Maintain service records and update customer feedback.

Qualification
B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
OR




Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic EngineeringExperience
1–5 years of experience in machine servicing, commissioning, industrial automation, or technical support.
Freshers with solid technical knowledge and willingness to travel may also apply.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Systems, Sensors, and Industrial Automation.
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer support and installations.
Knowledge of MS Office and service reporting.
