Job Description: BPO Associate – Banking Process

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to bank customers for payment follow-ups and reminders.
Inform customers about pending EMIs, credit card bills, and overdue payments.
Handle customer queries related to payments.
Maintain customer call records and update payment status in the system.
Follow professional communication standards and company guidelines.
Achieve daily calling targets and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.




Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

Salary & Benefits
