Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management plans for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Monitor safe work practices for high-risk activities, including work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, excavation, and electrical work.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs for employees, contractors, and site personnel.
Coordinate with Project Directors, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and contractors to address safety concerns.
Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements and maintain relevant safety documentation.
Prepare HSE performance reports, incident reports, audit findings, and compliance updates for management.
Monitor environmental practices, including waste management, housekeeping, and pollution prevention.




Track safety observations and corrective actions to ensure timely closure.
Lead and guide site HSE personnel and promote accountability for safety across project teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
Relevant qualified HSE qualifications or certifications are preferred.
10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
Solid knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessment, incident investigation, and statutory compliance.
Proven experience in conducting safety audits, site inspections, and HSE training.
Experience in managing and guiding HSE teams across construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with project teams, contractors, and senior management.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
