About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel, and a willingness to learn recent tools, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial records and accounting data using Tally.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS reports, and monthly performance statements.
Perform sales, expense, profitability, and cost analysis.
Assist in monthly closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports using formulas, lookup functions, and Pivot Tables.
Monitor financial performance and identify discrepancies or unusual trends.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and analyze financial information.
Learn and adapt to new software, reporting tools, and business processes as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting,



or a related field.
Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF, and Pivot Tables.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn recent skills, tools, and technologies.
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
