Sea Export / Import Pricing & Operations Executive

Location: Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi
Experience: 3–6 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end Sea Export/Import Pricing and Operations.
Manage ocean freight rates, quotations, rate procurement, and carrier negotiations.
Coordinate with Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, CFS, CHA, and transporters.
Handle FCL/LCL shipments, SOC/COC containers, and shipping documentation.
Manage BL, SI, VGM, Form-13, Gate Pass, and online shipping portal activities.
Ensure smooth shipment execution and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in Ocean Export/Import Pricing & Operations.
Strong knowledge of ocean freight pricing,



rate procurement, and carrier negotiations.
Valuable understanding of Shipping Lines, NVOCC, CFS, and port procedures.
Knowledge of ODEX, ICEGATE, CargoWise/freight forwarding ERP, and MS Excel.
Robust negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Specialization (Mandatory)

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Sea Export/Import Pricing and Ocean Freight Operations, particularly ocean freight rate procurement, carrier negotiations, and FCL/LCL shipments.
