About the Role

Samplify is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field-level candidate sourcing, recruitment drives, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through field visits, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct recruitment drives and coordinate walk-in interviews.
Visit local areas to identify and attract suitable candidates.
Screen candidates and explain job prospects.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across Mumbai for field recruitment.
Recruitment experience is preferred; freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
