Key Responsibilities – Client Servicing
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients after order placement and maintain regular communication throughout the process.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients by providing effective after-sales service.
Collect genuine client feedback to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Manage end-to-end client servicing, from order receipt to payment collection.
Address and resolve client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.
Provide clients with the necessary information, guidance, and support regarding the company’s products and services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
Understand client requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive client experience.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
