Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and performance-driven Business Development professional with 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the EdTech or education sector. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our presence across institutional and individual learner segments.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the EdTech and education market
Drive sales of courses, certifications, training programs, and digital learning solutions
Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients
Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations for prospective clients
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate sales data, pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies
Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs




Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in business development or sales (EdTech preferred)
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycles independently
Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and closing skills
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic sales analytics

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B and/or B2C EdTech sales
Familiarity with institutional sales or corporate training solutions
Knowledge of online learning platforms, LMS, or skill development programs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month
