Collect and process Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) and Adverse Event (AE) reports.
Review safety information received from patients, healthcare specialists, and clinical studies.
Perform Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) data entry and processing.
Identify and document adverse events associated with medications.
Check case information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
Perform medical coding using tools such as MedDRA.
Maintain patient confidentiality and meet case-processing timelines.
Support follow-up activities to obtain missing information.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹430,000.00 per year
