iBullCapital is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a team of 4–5 Telesales and Customer Support Executives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4–5 members.
Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Train and guide team members to improve sales and communication skills.
Maintain daily and weekly performance reports.
Coordinate with management to improve sales and customer support operations.
Ensure effective CRM management and lead tracking.





Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Support, or Team Handling.
Experience in the stock market, Fintech, or Financial Services preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle sales targets and team performance.
Good knowledge of CRM and Excel.
Solid problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
