Independent Execution: Take charge of design interpretations, translating sketches and drawings into accurate physical samples with minimal supervision.
Framing & Finishing: Handle end-to-end craftsmanship, including exact framing, assembly, and high-end finishing.
Material & Process Application: Apply robust knowledge of materials, hardware, and production processes to solve challenges and optimize sample building.
Ownership & Accountability: Take complete responsibility for project execution, quality control, and maintaining a protected, organized workspace.

Requirements
Proven carpentry experience, particularly in sample making, prototyping, or custom manufacturing.
Strong skills in framing, finishing, and tool operation.
Sound working knowledge of various materials and woodworking processes.
High accountability: Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take full responsibility for deliverables while knowing when to collaborate or ask for guidance.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
