Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage day-to-

day social media activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation,

account management, performance tracking, and supporting overall digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write captions, coordinate creatives, and ensure brand consistence.
Assist in planning monthly content calendars.

Social Media Management
Manage daily operations of social media accounts.
Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
Ensure timely responses and community interaction

Client/ Brand Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams or clients to understand requirements.
Implement feedback and ensure deliverables are met on time

Performance Tracking
Track key metrics like reach, engagement, and followers.
Prepare basic reports and share insights for improvement.





Campaign Execution
Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions.
Support paid ads and influencer collaborations (if applicable).

Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and viral content formats.
Suggest new ideas to improve engagement and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Valuable understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
Strong communication and creative writing skills.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools.
Basic analytical skills to understand performance metrics.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced setting.
Knowledge of paid ads.
Basic design or video editing skills.
Experience with influencer marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
