Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Develop business relationships with crusher plant owners, brick/block manufacturers, RMC companies, batching plant owners, dealers, builders, and contractors.
Manage sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets across the designated territory.
Generate leads through field visits, dealer networks, references, and existing customers.
Conduct a minimum of 10 customer meetings per week, including product presentations and machine demonstrations.
Handle customer follow-ups, quotations, commercial negotiations, and order finalization.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery.
Maintain customer databases, visit reports, and sales MIS using Odoo or other reporting systems.
Monitor competitor activities and identify current business prospects.
