B2B Campus is seeking an experienced and organized US Truck Dispatcher to manage daily dispatch operations and coordinate with drivers, freight brokers, and carriers. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of US trucking operations, load booking, rate negotiation, and shipment tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dispatch operations for US trucking.
Find and book suitable loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
Communicate with freight brokers to negotiate rates and finalize loads.
Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup schedules, delivery timelines, and load assignments.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
Handle broker calls, emails, rate confirmations, and dispatch documentation.
Resolve dispatch-related issues and maintain smooth operational coordination.
Maintain accurate records of loads, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
Build professional relationships with brokers, drivers, and carriers.





Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in US Truck Dispatching or a relevant logistics role.
Practical knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, load booking, and rate negotiation.
Understanding of US trucking routes, freight lanes, and dispatch procedures.
Good English communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple loads, follow-ups, and time-sensitive tasks.
Solid coordination, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on experience in US trucking, freight dispatch, or logistics operations.
Applicants from Bathinda and nearby areas.
Immediate joiners preferred.
