House of Merit is a Delhi-based luxury event management company that plans and executes weddings, corporate events and bespoke celebrations. Our work is built on detail, discretion and flawless execution.

Compulsory for every role: upload your portfolio. Applications without a portfolio (work samples, showreel, drive link or website) will not be reviewed or shortlisted.

Role: Design wedding and event decor concepts for House of Merit clients and own their end-to-end execution, from mood board to final setup.

Responsibilities
Develop decor concepts, mood boards, layouts and 3D or sketch visuals
Prepare budgets, material lists and execution plans per function
Brief and manage the decor coordinator, vendors and on-site crews
Lead setup on event days and ensure the final look matches the design
Present concepts to clients and handle revisions





Requirements
Strong visual sense and knowledge of florals, structures, lighting and fabrics
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, SketchUp or similar)
Solid budgeting, vendor negotiation and team leadership skills
Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR; available for travel and destination events
Available on weekends, late nights and peak wedding season
Punctual, presentable and professional with clients and guests

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
